Guacamole

This classic guacamole recipe is the base for some of my favorite recipes. Even Though guacamole is known to be eaten with your favorite Mexican inspired meals, I love to enjoy it just by itself. Guacamole is easy and simple to make. It’s loaded with lots of healthy nutritious ingredients for you body. Avocados are a great source of vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, Magnesium, potassium and omega-3 fatty acids. With just 5 ingredients you can make one of the best dip recipes or snack or topping etc. I make this guacamole recipe almost everyday and my family loves it, theres never any left over. I think it’ll become your favorite too.

2 ripe avocados

2 tbsp red onions chopped

2 tbsp jalopeño pepper (seeds removed) chopped

2 tbsp cilantro chopped

1 key lime or 1/2 lime juiced

salt to taste
