I was born in Jamaica, West Indies and grew up with a passion for both art and cooking.
Throughout my childhood, I spent countless hours experimenting with different ingredients and creating my own unique dishes. As I grew older, my interest in art led me to pursue a career in makeup artistry, which I excelled at for many years.
However, my passion for fitness and healthy eating began to grow, and I decided to walk away from my makeup studio and start developing customized meal plans for clients. I quickly discovered that many people were unaware of the impact that their diet could have on their physical and mental health, and I became determined to help educate others about the importance of healthy eating and exercise.
As a digital content creator, I now specialize in developing plant-based recipes for transitioning vegans. I believe that a plant-based diet can be both delicious and healthy, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with others. Through my work, I hope to inspire more people to take control of their health and live a happy, fulfilled life through diet and exercise.
