The Chia Pudding Bowl
This is a wonderful nutrient dense and filling breakfast.
Chia seeds are loaded with antioxidants and fiber. They are also high in protein omega 3 fatty acids, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus.
Chia pudding is easy to prepare. No need to grind these seeds to get the full nutritional benefits. This is perfect if your on the go.
Add fruit and seeds for a satisfying and delicious healthy meal.
Chia pudding recipe:
1 cup plant-based milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp maple syrup
A dash cinnamon
Place all of the ingredients in a mason jar. place in the refrigerator overnight.
Chia seeds will expand stir to combine. Place in a bowl add toppings.
