Mango Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowls are my favorite breakfast food. You could say I’m obsessed with smoothies. I eat a smoothie bowl almost everyday. I can’t always talk my family and friends into to drinking a smoothie, but they will definitely eat a smoothie bowl. Most will say it taste like ice cream. Almost as if you’re enjoying a dessert for breakfast. You can also customize your bowl with different toppings like fruit, seeds and nuts. the possibilities are endless. Who knew getting your daily fruit requirements could taste this good.
2/3 cup frozen mangoes
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
3 medjool dates pits removed
1/2 cup oat milk
1/2 banana sliced
1/2 banana sliced frozen
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
10 raspberries
In a high speed blender add the frozen fruit, dates, and oat milk. Blend on medium for 1 minute. Pour the smoothie mixture in a bowl, place sliced bananas and raspberries in a pretty design on top of the smoothie mixture. Spoon hemp seeds and chia seeds on top of fruit or directly on top of smoothie.
