Vegan Beef Macaroni and Cheese
This is my quick and easy go to recipe. This recipe is perfect for last minute family and friends stopping by or a satisfying dinner.
Tender baked macaroni with flavor full meat and creamy cheese, it is irresistible and addictive. You can also make it ahead of time for weekly meal prep the flavors just become more delicious. Serve with a salad for added nutrition.
Recipe:
1 package Beyond Beef Plant-Based Ground
I jar marinara sauce
1/2 yellow onion chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 package vegan shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 16oz package macaroni
2 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
In a dutch oven pot or large skillet add olive oil, onions, garlic, and Beyond Meat. Cook meat until browned. Add Marinara sauce and black pepper. Cook about 10 minutes.
In an oven safe dish add half of the cooked macaroni, then meat sauce, then the shredded cheese. Repeat the process.
Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
